Yeah, it does, but be careful where the dye goes to, I guess it could sting a little if it goes to more sensible parts, lol.
Just for men works on pubes i use it myself
grey pubes not sexy dye pubes black every 8 weeks
yeah a man can dye his hair down under.. but certainly not on the salon..
