Can short men hair be straightened?

I am a male with naturally straight hair. However, whenever it grows to certain extent, it starts growing in curls. I want to grow my hair straight but due to this thing I have to cut my hair. Just wanted to ask if i can overcome this. Can it be straightened anyway?(I had used straightener but the result lasted just for some minutes leaving my hair dry so suggest something which will be permanent or so)Can short men hair be straightened?
I like short men. I prefer guys who are no taller than 5' 10';. They do need to be straight, though; not interested in gay guys, and I don't think that can be changed.

Oh, wait-you want to straighten your ';naturally straight'; short hair, so it won't grow out curly?

If your hair gets curly as it grows longer, it's naturally curly. If you want to have it straightened, you have to wait until it grows longer. Once the straightened part grows out, it will start being curly again. Talk to your hair stylist/cutter about permanent hair relaxing to learn more.

You don't need to ';overcome'; curly hair...most likely, no one dislikes that you have curly hair except you.Can short men hair be straightened?
If you have your hair cut properly, you can have it longer. But eventually it reaches a length that the curl will do what it wants. You cannot have naturally straight hair with curls!! Haha... you are too funny!

If you know how to work with your hair with a blow dryer, you can make it very straight. I know, I have done it. Yes, it is a lot of work, but once in a while, it can be fun. But what do you do the other times?

You can also have it straightened with the irons -- it also takes time, and will only last until you wash your hair, or get it wet again.

You can have it straightened permanently. It is a chemical treatment. It needs to be done properly for best results. There is damage... it is a chemical treatment, and permanently alters the structure of the hair. It will grow out at the roots as it always has, and you will need to get it retouched later on. It's not a cheap process.

Have a consultation with a professional stylist that does this kind of work. Not everyone knows how to do these. You have to be very careful with the process. Some people love the effect, some are not entirely pleased. Get some professional advice.
yeah i know this boy that straightens his hair. i dont like it when guys straighten their hair though i-and a lot of other girls- love curly hair on guys over straight so i reccomend you dont straighten it [=
