What would happen if a woman used 'Just For Men' hair dye?

Nothing is different. Companies just have to market it to men because they'd be too ashamed to buy hair color with a woman on it, LOL.

But seriously, nothing will happen. Just be sure it's a full coverage color and not just a gray cover up - which may not yield the same results you were looking for. What would happen if a woman used 'Just For Men' hair dye?
Uh, it would dye your hair?

It's not like using something that is ';just for men'; will destroy your hair. Hair dye is hair dye. Sure, some ingredients may not be identical, but unless it is specifically formulated to only partially dye the hair (meaning that it slightly covers a man's greying hair but not completely so as to keep it looking natural) then you will get the same results.

Salons don't use any special dye for men, they use the same dye on men and women. The only difference is the packaging; I doubt many men would want to dye their hair from a box with a woman on it, and most hair dye brands are marketed for women. What would happen if a woman used 'Just For Men' hair dye?
Probably not anything. I mean what could be the difference? We pretty much have the same hair types as guys
